Refund policy

We want you to love your items from Studio Brooklyn as much as we do! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the item within 7 days of receiving it for a refund or exchange.

To return, customers must contact our support team at Studio.brooklyng@gmail.com with the subject: Returns/Damage/Replacement and include your order number, name, and the reason for your return. If you are requesting a replacement for a damaged item please also include pictures.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please note: any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned.

Items must be in saleable condition (no deodorant stains caused during fitting.) and all original tags must be attached. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear and the smell of fragrances.

Please DO NOT return any items without contacting the customer support team first.

We are unable to refund original shipping costs. Customer is also responsible for return shipping.
